Since opening in August 2003, Amadeus has
been busy forging a reputation alongside the top
restaurants in the area. Austrian chef Siegfried
Danler-Heinemann, previously of the famous
Le Canard in Hamburg, nspecialises in a simplified
approach to modern European gourmet cuisine
using the freshest seasonal ingredients and
avoiding extravagant presentation. The Wine list
is one the best in the Algarve. |
